Pretty decent diner. Friendly wait staff, quality food. Prices aren’t as cheap as they should be for the area, but they must be doing something right based on the number of locals on a first name basis in the place. Breakfast as pictured was $8.48 and included:2 eggsFried home-fries (plus $0.50 for onions)3 strips Bacon (thick cut and delicious)2 pieces sourdough toast (plus $0.50)CoffeeFood quality and quantity were both there. I’ll definitely go again, and see if maybe the $3.50 special is filling enough. Something about a $10 breakfast (with tip) just doesn’t sit well with me.

Friendly staff, good portions, family feel diner with lots of food options

This place is your typical looking diner with an above average food quality. I've never been here and had a bad meal. My wife and I have been here with our two kids for breakfast at least once a week for the last 4 months, and we're going to keep that tradition.

Not only was the food great, but I forgot my phone in the table..something I never did before. They chased me down outside the restaurant to return it. Have to love an honest places of business!!

I have been here twice and the food and service have been on par. The best thing is they were able to accommodate 15 hungry bikers unannounced. We have done this to them twice now and each time we are seated within a reasonable amount of time and the service has been quick. I would recommend.

I wasn't super impressed with this place. My entree was good, not great. The salad bar was sub par at best and the soup was thick and gloppy with very little flavor. We went on a Sunday late afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. Our waitress was friendly, but not very attentive. We waited for refills for quite a while. I'll probably give it one more try, may have been an off day.

I loved everything about the Willow Street Resturaunt. I couldn't find anything to criticize the restaurant about if I tried.

Just took the family for a Sunday evening meal and was so disappointed. Service was terrible even though the place was nearly empty. Should have been my warning. I remember this place being wonderful many years ago... guess with time, it has declined. I will not return. I recommend you don’t either.

Always friendly staff. Glad to be able to eat inside today. We eat breakfast there almost every weekend. The dinner specials look good, but we never get there for dinner

This place is top notch, and perfect every time. Typical diner food, including some PA Dutch specialties. I particularly recommend the beef heart with filling (not on the menu, usually a daily special). Though “heart” may sound a bit daunting, it is fantastic. Regardless, I have never had a bad meal here, so whatever you get will be good. They also have a really good Soup and Salad bar, which is a rarity to see these days. The restaurant itself is very clean, and the staff is super friendly. Overall, would definitely recommend, especially to anyone wanting to try some Lancaster County home cooking.

Always good food and comes out not. We always have friendly waitresses.

My family went for Thanksgiving dinner and will never go back again. Disappointing because they have been going there for the past 4 years.The roast beef was stringy and not cooked right, the turkey was pressed, the stuffing was soggy and the crab cake was burnt. They just lost 9 customers.

Consistently good food, so much so that we have become regulars. We eat here at least once every two week, if not more. The soups are always great - especially the Chicken Orzo & Beef Cabbage. The Patty Melt and Breakfasts are my go-to... order the Deep Fries!

I've been here just a few times and was nothing but pleased. They have your typical dinner food but it's top notch. One of the best salad/soup bars too. My belly was filled with great tasting grub.

Good service, we each had the bacon cheeseburger for lunch. Burgers were very good, our only criticism would be that there were no condiments such as lettuce, tomatoes or onions offered. The burgers were just plain, while there was ketchup on the table, I had to request mayonnaise. The taste of the burgers was very good though.

Your average older crowd diner. Thwy have all you want. Food was underseasomded as I was expecting. Eggs, fries and scrape all cooked just right, couldn't ask for better. Scrape had good earthy flavor and mild seasoning. Way too many creams and butter packets, spilling out, just an over crowded table when we sat down. Our waitress was very good and kind. I'd go here again for simple, basic, affordable breakfasts.

I LOVE this place! The food is always delicious and they have some of the nicest servers here. The owner is so nice and really cares about his customers.(My go-to order is the eggs Benedict and it's always soooo amazing)

I have to be honest. The food is mediocre at best. There are a lot of items on the menu. We had french onion soup and a burger. Onion soup was not good. Maybe they should offer less items and pick a few things they specialize in. Customer service is great! Very friendly staff and a cool atmosphere.

This place was horrible we got takeout. The omelettes seemed like they were fake eggs and overcooked, home fries barely cooked even the toast which is the simplest thing tasted Bad. This place was the worst diner I have ever been to. Will never go back. Don’t waste your money or time there are plenty other places to get a meal 100 times better than this.

We went to this restaurant while vacationing in Lancaster. It was wonderful! We enjoyed the food and service so much we went back 2 days later! The Reuben was delicious! My kids really loved the chicken quesadillas. I also had the waffle with sausage gravy. The gravy was awesome, but the waffle was a little sweet for me. I think it would have been better with the sweeter toppings.

Had breakfast on a Sunday. I got the Western Omelette and is was good as gets. Home fries were delicious. Had a slight wait as expected for a Sunday at 10:30.Waitress had a mix up with an order with someone else in our party, not a big deal as the she was swamped. We told another waitress that was close by and it was fixed without any questions. Staff works as a team.I would eat here again.
